Fast food is fragmented sector with lot of amazing people with passion and hard work needed to succeed but unable to find resources for them to suceed. That's where I come in.

Most of the services I provide are related to helping two sides who have compatible skills/needs meet with each other. Couple of things to note about the services:

  • Only focus on fast food/ QSR/ restaurants/ fast casual and similar industry, I am not be best suited for companies outside these industries.
  • Expect clear and blunt expectation from both parties.
  • Some of the major categories of service I provide:

Selling/ Buying:

    • If you are selling or buying fast food company I can help you connect with buyer/seller. This is niche website focused on fast food, so buyer/sellers are people like you who are interested in fast food industry.
    • Each service is heavily personalized. I do not provide long list of buyers/seller that might not be best suited. Instead I review your requirements and other party's requirements and provide you with small but verified list. Think quality more than quantity.
    • Core focus is on micro/small cap companies (generally under $200 million market cap). I can handle larger transactions but my preferred companies are small as I enjoy working with small companies because I can see the impact I make.
    • Fee depends on the size of the transaction but mostly it's Double Lehman. Generally charge low/ no retainers.

Foreign market :

    • This applies to companies entering US market or US companies entering other countries.
    • Provide you with our impression of the market, social/demographic of the country, how should you approach the market, possible menu, pricing support, introduction with local legal firms, and introduction with local partners that might be important for long term success.
    • Please note I specialize in fast food/ QSR / restaurant industry, I might not be best suited outside this industry.
    • Fee: Flat fee for basic initial introduction so both parties can see if you and I are both suited for each other. After that we charge retainer fees based on billable hours.

Franchisee/Franchisor:

    • Finding right franchisor or finding right franchisee can be a nightmare. There are too many options and too much noise. Cut through that noise and get relevant information based on your goals.
    • US/ International: This service is mostly for US market. For markets outside US, I can introduce you to possible master franchisee licensee.
