7550.T Zensho Holdings

Largest Tokyo listed fast food company (by market cap). It own multiple different brands, most popular is Sukiya. It does not have large presence outside of Japan but it seems to trying to fight possible slowing growth by owning brands in multiple fast food brands.

2702.T McDonald's Japan

McDonald's japan's master franchise license holder. All the Japanese McDonald's is managed by this company. Its stock is pretty stagnant but it has stable revenue and provides dividend. McDonald's in Japan is largest and stable brand. Unlikely to go anywhere, anytime soon, unlike some of the unsuccessful expansion of MCD.

3197.T Skylark Holdings

Its largest brand is Gusto but it owns lot of different brands in many different sector of fast food. Bamiyan is another well known brand it owns.

JUBLFOOD.NS Jubilant Foodworks

Owns franchise license in for Dominos, Dunkin and so on. Only presence in India.

3397.T TORIDOLL Holdings

It owns multiple brands that many foreigners might not be familiar with but has large presence in Japan and in some international countries. One of the popular one is Marugame Seimen.

7581.T Saizeriya Co.

Owns a namesake brand Saizeriya, along with related brands. Unlike TriDoll or other similar Japanese fast food companies, most of its focus is just in Saizeriya brand.

9861.T Yoshinoya Holdings

Another company that owns a namesake brand Yoshinoya. Known for its affordable and quality gyudon. Well known brand in Japan but does have some (read: small) presence in other countries like US. Its stable brand with main challenge with growth.

DEVYANI.NS Devyani International

Owns franchise license for Pizza Hut, KFC, Costa in India.

7616.T Colowide Co.

Owns multiple brands in multiple different sectors from Steak, Convyer-belt sushi, Izakaya and so on. It has varied brands in multiple different area. It has small presence outside of Japan.

3097.T Ohsho Food Service

Ignoring finances its one of my favorite company because if its focus on just one food : gyoza. I respect anyone who has same level of love for this food as i do. It owns multiple brands, main brands being Ohsho and Gyoza no Ohsho.

7630.T Ichibanya Co.

Known for Coco. If you have ever been to japan, you have probably seen its Coco Ichibanya curry store. It also owns other brands like Soup Stock Tokyo. It might profit from renewed interest in curry in Japanese society.
